This website, freeseo-check.com (the “Service”), is operated by Wunderfauks Group Pte Ltd (“Wunderfauks”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. By using the Service - including by clicking Analyse to scan a website - you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a free, automated tool that analyses a website you submit, or a piece of content you paste, upload or link to, and produces an informational report: SEO checks, speed and security signals, crawl results, Core Web Vitals from Google's PageSpeed API, and an AI-visibility check that queries third-party AI models. All output is generated automatically, without human review.

Reports, scores and recommendations are general information, not professional advice. They are estimates produced by software, may contain errors or be out of date, and no particular outcome (including search rankings or AI visibility) is promised or guaranteed. You act on the report at your own judgement and risk.

2. Acceptable use and your responsibility

  • Only scan websites you own or are authorised to check. When you submit a URL, you instruct the Service to access that website on your behalf, and you warrant that you have the right to request that access.
  • Do not use the Service to attack, overload, probe or disrupt any website, or to circumvent the Service's rate limits and security controls.
  • Do not present AI-visibility answers as verified statements of fact about any person, brand or business.
  • Only check content you have the right to use. When you paste text or upload a document to the article checker, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to have it analysed. It is processed in memory and not retained; the scores it produces are general information, not editorial or legal advice.
  • Do not resell the Service or misrepresent its reports as your own product.
  • Do not access the Service by automated means (scripts, bots or bulk scanning) or use it to build, train or benchmark a competing service, without our written permission.
  • Do not use the Service where, or in a way that, is prohibited by law, including applicable export control and sanctions laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wunderfauks, its officers and employees against any claim, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by anyone - including the owner of a website you scanned - arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service or its reports, or your infringement of any third party's rights, including submitting a URL you were not authorised to submit.

We may block, rate-limit or discontinue access (in whole or to specific users) at any time, without notice, to protect the Service or third parties.

3. Third-party content and trademarks

The AI-visibility section asks third-party AI models a set of questions and reports whether your brand was mentioned in their answers; the providers we currently use are described in our Privacy Policy, and they change from time to time as models are retired and replaced. It does not reproduce the answer text, though where an engine cites its sources we show links to those pages. Those results are the output of external systems, can be inaccurate or out of date, and are a visibility signal - they are not statements of fact by Wunderfauks about any brand or website. Core Web Vitals data is provided by Google's PageSpeed Insights API, and your use of that data is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

If you believe the Service displays inaccurate or unlawful third-party content about you or your organisation, contact us at contact@wunderfauks.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or suppress it.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Wunderfauks is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

4. For website owners

Scans run only when a visitor asks for one, for the address they submit - we do not crawl the web on our own initiative. Alongside that page a scan also requests the standard site-level files (robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt) and one deliberately non-existent path, which is how the report checks that your 404 handling works; that last request is expected to fail and may appear in your error logs. Core Web Vitals come from Google's PageSpeed Insights API, which fetches your page separately using Google's own crawler identity rather than ours. Our own requests identify themselves with SEO-AI-Checkup in the user agent. When the multi-page crawl decides which further pages of your site to visit, it follows the disallow rules in your robots.txt that apply to all crawlers, and any rules you address to SEO-AI-Checkup; the single page a visitor explicitly submits is fetched on their instruction, as a browser would.

If you would rather your website was not scanned through this tool at all, email contact@wunderfauks.com and we will add it to our opt-out list. Once a domain is listed, the tool checks that list before starting a scan and turns down requests for that domain and its subdomains.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wunderfauks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on its reports; and
  • Wunderfauks' total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 that cannot be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design and branding belong to Wunderfauks. Reports generated for you may be downloaded and shared freely, provided they are not altered in a way that misrepresents their content or origin.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and we will draw attention to them on the Service where it is practical to do so. The version in force when you use the Service is the version that applies to that use.

9. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Wunderfauks about the Service; how we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. A failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of them, except that our officers and employees may enforce the indemnity in section 2 and rely on the disclaimers and limits in sections 5 and 6. Section 2 (your responsibility and indemnity), sections 3 to 7, this section 9 and section 10 survive any termination of your access.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought in your own individual capacity, and not as part of any class or representative proceeding. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live, or any right that law gives you to bring proceedings in your local courts.
